Synopsis

Faith in Our Lady of Rosary keeps together the great "family" of Arturos, descendents of the freed slave Artur Camilo Silvério, inhabitants of Contagem, Brazil. The cycle of "Congado" celebrations, with their songs and dancing, passed down from generation to generation, governs the group's unity and identity.
